Her experience spans telecommunications, IT services, and manufacturing, where she has led complex transformation programs, international teams and large-scale change initiatives.
A certified Systemic Business Coach and Organizational Change Management expert, Petra is passionate about enabling organizations to navigate complexity and turn transformation into tangible results. She is recognized for her ability to bridge the gap between people and technology, helping leaders and teams adopt new ways of working, build future-ready capabilities, and succeed in an increasingly digital world.
