Driving digital inclusion with Data2PDF (D2P)
PDF/UA: The key to accessible information
Transform your business into a digital-ready enterprise
Accessibility is not optional; it is a legal obligation. Public authorities and companies must provide digital documents that follow clear guidelines. Regulations such as the Accessibility Enhancement Act, PDF/universal accessibility (UA), the web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and EN 301 549 make accessible PDF documents a prerequisite for digital participation.
The PDF/UA standard is a key component for accessible documents and ensures PDF files are properly structured so assistive technologies like screen readers can interpret them accurately, enabling equal access for all users.
Our Data2PDF solution helps create accessible PDFs automatically. It streamlines compliance with PDF/UA – delivering documents efficiently, reliably and in compliance with legal requirements.
