Accessibility Statement

Atos recognizes the importance of making information, services, and job opportunities accessible to all. We aim to comply with recognized accessibility guidelines and to provide a website that can be used by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities and users of assistive technologies.

This accessibility statement applies to the website https://atos.net. It is drafted by reference to guidance from the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) and to the model accessibility statement established by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523, in line with the policy objectives of Directive (EU) 2016/2102, without prejudice to the distinct legal status of private-sector websites.

The information technology landscape evolves continuously. Our core objective remains to deliver an accessible experience on this site and to improve it over time through audits, remediation, training, and user feedback.

Our policy and standards compliance

Many internet users with disabilities find websites difficult or impossible to use because of the way they are designed. Atos has therefore designed this website to be as accessible as possible and to be compatible with adaptive and assistive technologies commonly used by people with disabilities, including screen readers and screen magnifiers.

We endeavor to ensure that the pages of this website comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 published by the WAI Working Group of the W3C, at Level AA.

To this end, we conduct regular audits, updates, and training sessions, and we promote accessible practices and solutions across our teams. A snapshot of our latest audit results is provided below. Please also consult or download the Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for detailed conformance information.

Compliance status

This website has been audited against the WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards. Of the 43 applicable Success Criteria assessed, 42% are fully supported, and an additional 51% are partially supported.

Atos aims to achieve full conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA through continuous remediation. The measures and remaining issues described in this statement reflect that ongoing programme of work.

Accessibility features of this website

The website is built to work with standard assistive technologies and with different ways of using the web. In particular:

  • Synchronized captions are provided for videos on the website to support users who are deaf or hard of hearing.
  • Instructions do not rely solely on sensory characteristics (such as shape, colour, size, visual location, orientation, or sound alone).
  • Keyboard focus is not trapped during interaction, so users can move between interactive elements without becoming stuck.
  • Focus management after navigation — after client-side page changes, the user’s keyboard tab position is reset so that sequential focus starts at the top of the newly loaded page, consistent with a full page load.
  • Visible focus on links — links provide a clear outline (or equivalent focus indicator) so keyboard users can see which element is focused.
  • Accessible header and menus — the desktop and mobile header and navigation menus are operable and understandable with keyboard and assistive technologies.
  • Page titles — every page has a descriptive title that identifies its content.
  • Flexible presentation — content is not restricted to a single display orientation and can accommodate different device orientations where the design allows.
  • Consistent navigation — navigation is consistent and repeatable to help users find and interact with content.
  • Consistent identification — components with the same functionality across the site are identified consistently, supporting a predictable experience.

How do I resize fonts?

You can change the font size using your browser settings.

Microsoft Edge — open Settings, then Appearance, then choose your preferred text size.

Google Chrome — open Settings, then Appearance, then choose your preferred text size.

Mozilla Firefox — open Settings, then Fonts, then choose your preferred text size.

Non-accessible content

For transparency, here are known issues we are still working to fix. In everyday terms, this means:

  • Low contrast — some text or controls may be hard to read because there is not enough contrast with the background.
  • Unclear link names — some links do not clearly describe where they go or what they do when read on their own (for example, wording such as “Learn more”, “See more”, “Click here”, or “Download”).
  • Repeated links — on some pages, several links may lead to the same destination, which can make keyboard and screen-reader navigation longer than necessary.

If any of these issues prevent you from accessing information you need, please contact us using the channel below. We will endeavour to provide an accessible alternative where reasonably possible.

Establishment of this accessibility statement

This statement was originally prepared on 9 August 2024. It was last reviewed and updated on 3 September 2026 to reflect subsequent remediation (including focus management, visible link focus, and accessible header/menu work) and to update the technology stack description.

This website was last formally tested in July 2024 against the WCAG 2.2 standard. The test was carried out by Atos. Further improvements have been implemented since that audit as part of our continuous accessibility programme.

What we are doing to improve accessibility

Our site is regularly reviewed through manual audits by our accessibility consultants. We also carry out user testing that includes people with disabilities. Testing with real users provides valuable feedback on the real-world accessibility of the site.

We continually implement improvements to enhance accessibility. Recent work includes resetting keyboard focus after navigation, strengthening visible focus indicators on links, and improving the accessibility of the desktop and mobile menu and header, alongside remediation against important WCAG Success Criteria.

If you experience any difficulty accessing sections of the website, please contact us. We welcome your feedback and will use it to prioritise further improvements.

Please consult or download the Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for detailed accessibility conformance information.
