By partnering with us, you’re taking your business to the next level. Let us help you navigate the complexities of SAP, so you can focus on what really matters: growing your business.

Atos takes a holistic approach to monitoring your entire IT landscape, ensuring every aspect of your business processes runs smoothly. We stay ahead of problems by looking for early indicators and taking immediate action to resolve them.

Our SAP services cover everything you need, from the platforms you rely on (whether they’re in-house or in the cloud) to the applications and user support you depend on—including support for third-party apps. By having this comprehensive view, we can quickly find and fix issues, helping your business perform better, lowering your costs, and keeping your users happy.

Atos is at the forefront of using automation, and we’re proud of it. We bring our expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to life with our proven Atos Syntbots. Together with popular open-source platforms, we help reduce the number of support tickets by up to 18% and improve how quickly issues are resolved by up to 20%.

We speed up the process of identifying issues and, whenever possible, we automate the fixes. Our Digital Assistants are also here to help, offering easy, self-serve solutions without needing help desk support.

When it comes to SAP application support, our shared delivery model means you get the best of both worlds: speed and expertise, all while keeping costs down.

By grouping services based on industry, location, and needs, we ensure you have access to a broad range of global expertise. This approach helps us solve problems faster and more efficiently, saving you time and money.

Successfully transitioning to a new SAP setup is crucial for long-term success, whether you’re moving from an in-house team, another provider, or post-implementation support.

We set up a comprehensive Knowledge Academy for each transition, using the latest tools to ensure everything is well-documented and easy to understand. We make sure every process, repair procedure, and change management step is recorded in its best form. This way, when changes or issues come up, we can address them quickly and effectively, giving you peace of mind.
